Why are we doing this?

When we started our journey into the Paleo world, we didn't know where to start.

We didn't want to spend too much time in the kitchen doing overcomplicated recipes but still wanted delicious food options.

This diet has changed our life - literally. After suffering with an autoimmune disease, switching to a Paleo diet has made my food choices so much healthier and better.

But switching to this diet was not easy - thinking about what we were going to each every week and having to plan everything was not ideal. The fact that I don't like to spend time in the kitchen did not help!

So, instead of spending time thinking about what we're going to each and plan for the week, we gathered our simplest more delicious recipes that we kept going back to and wrote a mini cookbook.

And now we want to make it easier for you too!​
